How We Work

Tripartite Genesis operates a flexible hybrid model, combining focused remote work with purposeful in-person collaboration. Our teams work across locations, with on-site time shaped by projects, collaboration needs and the requirements of each venture.

Principles

A working model, stated plainly.

We value outcomes, collaboration, trust, flexibility and purposeful in-person work rather than fixed attendance requirements.

01

Our hybrid model

Hybrid is our primary workplace policy. Teams work remotely by default for focused, individual work, and come together on-site when the work genuinely benefits from being in the same room.

02

Purposeful in-person collaboration

On-site time exists for a reason: discovery sessions, design reviews, build sprints, venture planning and moments where a shared room resolves something faster than a call. We do not set arbitrary attendance quotas.

03

Flexibility across locations

Our teams work across locations. Where someone works is treated as a practical question about the work, not a proxy for commitment or contribution.

04

Working across ventures

People contribute across ventures and engagements, so rhythms differ. On-site time is shaped by the project stage, the collaboration needed and the requirements of the venture involved.

05

Outcomes over attendance

We judge work by what it produces and how well it holds up. Trust, clarity and delivered outcomes are the measures that matter to us.

06

Clarity as we grow

This page describes how we currently work. As the group grows, formal policies will be documented and published here rather than assumed.

Future opportunities

No open roles listed today.

We are not publishing formal vacancies at this stage. If your work is relevant to how the group builds ventures, we are still glad to hear from you.

Where this fits

How we work is inseparable from what we build. The same sequence — research, design, build, validate — shapes the way teams organise themselves around each venture.
